2. Registration and Account Security
Users may register for an account to access certain features of our services. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account passwords and for all activities conducted under their account.
3. Services
We operate an online marketplace that connects freelancers with clients seeking professional services in the gaming industry (“Services”). Freelancers and clients are collectively referred to as “Users,” and each User is a “Party,” and together they are the “Parties.”
4. User Conduct
Users agree to act professionally and lawfully, ensuring that all content uploaded or shared complies with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay freelancers for the satisfactory completion of services as outlined in the agreement between the Parties. Payments will be held in escrow and released to freelancers after a 15-day review period following the completion of work.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any User’s account and access to our services, at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other Users of the services, us, third parties, or for any other reason.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between Users, Gamers Home will assist in facilitating the dispute resolution process. All disputes shall be handled privately and Gamers Home will aim to provide a fair resolution in accordance with these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Gamers Home be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change, modify, or revise these Terms at any time. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
